            I moved from ********* to ********** on January 31 2024 and hired kingdom movers. They showed up a day late to start loading my things. Also made it to ******* with my belongings a day late. When the arrived they had to hire men that worked for a different company to help ******. They broke a dresser mirror, a jewelry box mirror and door, a large groomers blow dryer a floor lamp, lost legs to an office desk, lost springs to a porch swing. Didnt put any of the furniture up right. My guest room bed only had 1 bolt on each corner of the iron bed which resulted in the metal being bent. They also ripped one of my couches. The number of items they left behind is ridiculous. One of the items was my drywall drill and battery. ***, dont know his last name, reimbursed me $300. I estimated it at around $2300. I also have pictures of my broken property.

            We moved you to Houston and your place was way too small for all your belongings. We refunded you for the items that were damaged. We understand there were a few minor damages that we reimbursed you for even though by law we only have to provide .60 per pound of article of damage. We value our customers and have three 5 star locations. We apologize for your bad experience while using us and we do take accountability for the damaged items in which we provided payment. Hopefully moving forward you are blessed at you new home!

            I am rejecting this response because:

            Kingdom movers LLC are lying about reimbursement for my property and damage to my furniture. They did pay me a payment of $300, which is not even close to the total amount I lost with using them. They do have 5 stars on their reviews but somehow the most the reviews are from friends and family from the church, Sam, belongs to.
