  I ordered a tow from this business on Nov. 25 because I had accidentally driven up on a curb where there was muddy land, so my car got stuck. I was quoted 25 minutes and it was closer to 50 minutes, but it wasn't a problem. The tech was able to help me in less than five minutes and I immediately asked how I should pay him, would he like me to give him my card now? He asked if the dispatcher had given me a link, and I said no, is that your preference? He said yes, ask for a link. So while still sitting in the parking lot with him, I called and asked her the same question - what is the best way for me to pay? She confirmed she would send me a link. I thanked the driver profusely, let him know I would pay the invoice now and that I needed to pick up my kids from school. I left and while still at the light began paying the digital invoice. I then got a call from the dispatcher who said you need to pay right now while I'm on the phone; the tech said you just drove off. I explained to her that isn't what happened and she essentially agreed that she knew it wasn't. Regardless, I paid it. She thanked me, confirmed receipt and said she would text him now. Five minutes later I got a call from the driver who began screaming at me claiming I drove off without paying. I told him I already paid and that he should call the company and he repeatedly accused me of lying. I tried to keep him calm and sent him the receipt of the invoice. He again yelled I was lying, and said, "I have your license plate number," which was intended to be a threat. I told him this was offensive and was very unprofessional and to call the company; they had the payment, and it was exactly how he asked me to pay it. He screamed at me that he owned the company and would know if I paid. I finally called the dispatcher with him on the phone and she confirmed I paid, and told him, I texted you this 20 minutes ago. He just stammered. I told him he owed me an apology and he muttered "sorry.." before hanging up.

  This company is horrible! I needed a tow truck, and they called a tow truck to the wrong location. I sat forever, for them to not answer my phone calls nor give me any information if somebody was coming. When I talk to somebody on the phone they said the truck was across the street, I could physically see the truck was not. They then asked if they could put me on hold where I sat for 10 minutes with no return. This company does not do anything other than take your money and then will not answer the phone if you need help, do not use them, once they have your money, they will not answer the phone

  on 5/05/2024 i paid to have my 2007 ******** c230 towed from the *********** in *******, ** to my address in *************, ** for a total of $80.00. The company stopped answering the phone, refused to give me the location of my vehicle then towed it to 555 republic in *****, **. This company is operating under predatory practices. I would like a full refund including the amount of storage and towing fees + $80 initial tow fee. I have proof of the times I supplied the company with the accurate address, they advised they couldnt locate my home. My daughter used the exact address for a doordash delivery the same day, around the same time and received her food with no issue. If the address was put into maps by anyone, they would be brought to the correct address. Also, I sent my location directly to the driver!
