    Placed an order with them for 4 items. Two of the items finally shipped and I received them. The other two items still have not shipped. Ive sent 3 emails and submitted two inquiries on their website and have not received any contact and its been almost a month. Their phone seems to be off the hook.

    Ordered an Anvil conical fermenter. $310 billed to my ***** Also gave me 2 different order numbers for 1 order. Never received a tracking number and after many calls I received an email from ***** stating after an unknown problem and after talking to the shipping manger it would be shipped promptly. No tracking number and still no product. I do not think I will ever see my product. STAY AWAY FROM HOWDY BREWER

    I made a purchase for some burners from this company they put wrong address for shipping no answer from them from myself and the carrier ******* , so ***** return them back to the California return address they had on the package and until now I cant hear or get a refund back from them.

    On June 21, 2024, I purchased some small items from this company. The total amount of the purchase was $27.60. The items were immediately marked as shipped, however, it was only that the shipping label had been created. As of today (July 19, 2024), the shipping status still says that a label was created and it has not shipped. I have politely reached out to customer service multiple times and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money as the items I purchased are no longer needed. However, I have never even received a response. At this point, I don't know what else to do to get my money back for items that I have never received. I'm not even entirely sure that this would be a legitimate business if no one responds to an issue like this. I'm very glad I didn't make a bigger purchase and lost more money potentially. I'm hoping that in reaching out, something happens at least.

    Order placed on June 29, 2024. Credit card billed. ***** label created. Item never shipped. The company does not respond to email, phone, or chat messages, though the company apparently has some sort of automatic email response software in place.

    I placed an order for 10 items on June 19 I was given inaccurate shipping info and was only able to track 2 of the 3 shipments my items had been sent in One shipment arrived in timely fashion One shipment was delivered to an address in **, not my address in WY The 3rd shipment showed up (this was the one without tracking info). It was not packed accurately and did not include all the items it was supposed to have. I am still missing 3 items. I have sent several emails and opened 3 tickets. I received only 1 response, and it contained inaccurate information. I have requested an immediate refund for the $66 dollars of products that were never delivered.I have submitted the return request via the web interface, but given the utter lack of communication from HB, I am also emailing. I will seek a phone number, as well.Truly, this ranks as some of the worst customer service I have experienced, and I have no intention of using HB for future purchases. The website is full of misleading claims about their interest in the customer experience. I'm not sure there is any way you could convince me that this is true at this point.I have found this to be an incredibly frustrating and disappointing company to work with.

    I made purchases of on April 11th and June **** Both deliveries were unacceptable. Both were boxes were bursted with grains in them. Took pictures of both instances and did not get a reply as of today's date of June 24th.

    Howdy Brewer sent one of two items and does not respond about remaining part of shipment. They drop ship through More Beer! a company in ************ so I went and contacted them. More Beer is legit, and seems unaware that their partnership with howdy brewer is fraudulent on Howdy Brewer's part. They pulled up their order from Howdy Brewer to me and confirmed that the second item in my shipment (a value of 450 dollars) was never ordered by Howdy Brewer in the first place.Reading through these comments it's obvious that either the owner of this business is completely clueless/ careless or is committing intentional theft of customers for large ticket items. If I do not receive this refund within two weeks I will be filing a complaint to the Texas secretary of state and will be filing criminal charges if possible. This is a dirty business that needs to be investigated.

    I placed an order on 3/26/24 for a ******* kit, I was sent an email to contact them if I didnt receive it by 4/9/24. I didnt receive the product and reached out to them and they said it was on back order and asked if I would take a replacement product instead. I agreed and told them what I would like on 4/9/24. Its now 4/21/24 and I have sent multiple emails trying to contact them with no response at all.
