    I've placed three orders through this company so far. The first order I had no issues with, however, I cannot say the same about the other two.The issue with my second order is regarding the customer service. When I placed the order I accidently placed it for the wrong address, I thought it was no big deal I could just contact support and they'd fix it for me. I was very wrong. I emailed support, and gave them a couple of days (expecting a response within 24 hours), I never got a response. The item then shipped and at this point there's nothing I can do. I am still waiting for that item to arrive so that I can drive an hour and a half to where I accidently shipped it to and go pick it up.The second issue I have is with the 3rd (and final) order I'll have place. I ordered some replacement lids for my digiboil brewer and the website listing clearly states that they come with handles, I received the items today and they are handleless, and I've been unable to reach support via email, chat, or phone. Do not do business with this company. If negative starts were possible I would give them.

    I paid over $1,800 for my order which was never shipped. I have sent 4 emails and a chat to their customer support with no response. These guys are crooks.

    I never received my order and no response to my emails. I finally did and was giving a refund but not the refund for shipping when my items never shipped. Still no communication for the refund of shipping. 2 weeks

    On Friday, June 21st at 11:37 AM I placed an online order with this online website for two items and expedited shipping. I received an email that my order was received and will be arriving on Monday, June 24th. The email also stated I would receive another confirmation email once the item shipped.On Monday, June 24th when it was supposed to arrive I still had no tracking numbers or follow-up emails. I used their chat feature on that date at 3:00 PM to get in touch with their customer support as they don't have a number listed to inquire about my order. That same day I received an email at 3:18 PM from ************** asking if I needed help ordering another item as he would be there till 5:00 pm to assist. I responded with my issue regarding the order I had placed and received no response, only that it was sent to customer service. I Called and attempted to cancel my order and get a refund as I no longer wanted to proceed. However, the line was either disconnected or busy. At 4:24 PM (June 24th) I emailed saying I wanted to cancel my order since it had not shipped and had received no communications regarding it and that I would like a refund. On Tuesday, June 25th at 4:17 PM I received an email from ************** saying "Howdy ****,Thank you for reaching out! Your order has been canceled and refunded. You will receive a separate confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your banking institution it may take ***** hours for the funds to show in your bank.Should you have any questions simply reply."By July 3rd I still had not received a confirmation email with a refund receipt nor my refund amount so at 7:58 PM that day I replied to the same email thread to inquire about it. I did not get any other communications from ***** or their support team. I sent another email on July 13th at 1:03 PM and still have not received a response or refund.

    I cannot get any shipping info from this company and they do not answer emails. I have never received the item. They claim they have chat 9a-5p central time but it is only an email system. I have opened a dispute with my cc company.

    Ok, I think I might have already made a complaint. So this is something SOMEONE should look into!!! Howdy Brewer is still sending out emails to customers with sale items! Theyve already got $ ****** from me and thank God it wasnt more! But to have the ***** to send another sale email either adds to insult and laugh at potential suckers such as me? Or Im as ignorant as I was before when I saw the Too Good Too Be True Prices!? Ive purchased from this company for probably two years and always got great deals and best shipping. Something bad has happened to the owners who run it and now they are on the run. Ill probably not get me refund from the credit card company, but at least it wasnt a massive loss.

    Bought items from them and got email the next day it shipped. 3 weeks later product is nowhere to be found and no update on tracking besides "shipping partner awaiting item" no response to emails asking for update or refund.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

    I read reviews before buying from anywhere. a lot of reviews for Howdy brewers were bad, and most complaints about shipping and not receiving products. I purchased a small order, under a hundred dollars and received it in a few days. I have since placed 8 more orders and had zero problems. I would recommend Howdy for price and delivery. last four months I purchased close to a thousand dollars and used gift cards from my holiday purchases. I also received emails from them same day after a few inquiries about products. I buy from Austin **** brew, Northern Brewer, and More beer and have zero complaints about any of them. I read a complaint about digi-boil brewer. I purchased one 6 years ago from Amazon and it had a faulty temp switch which I fixed myself by taking bottom off and moving sensor probe. this was not difficult and easier than returning and waiting. unit was cheap and not well built but served its purpose until I could afford a different brewer. i've been brewing ******************************************* free shipping. do your ****work.

    I spent $200 plus for a digiboil that i cannot use, the thing leaks wax and i have contacted this company several times through their means of address and I have not heard back from anyone. I am highly upset as i am a smallbusiness. Do not order from this company.

    Just a heads up i wouldnt order from howdy brewer I ordered woodchips the 7th on the 21st i recieved no tracking or package so i emailed them. They emailed next day apologized and said i would have a shipment and tracking asap 5 days later i had recieved nothing so i emailed again. That was 3 days ago with no response so i did a chargeback on paypal and emailed them again
