  On 9/8/2022 I was hoping to purchase a mini pig. I came across the site Pampered Piglets with a phone number. I texted Karen G****** at *********** and inquired about a pig. Each pig was $2,700 but I would receive $500 off if I purchased two of them. After some discussion, I decided on two female pigs. 1 chipmunk/brown colored(Bacon) and one orange/pink colored(Hammy). According to the website, that cost included the spay/neuter of the pig as well as the vaccines.Victoria(the shipper), picked up my two pigs on 9/14/22. There was almost zero communication from either Karen or Victoria. On 9/20 I received a call from Karen who said that Hammy had died in transport. She said that it was most likely due to complications from her spay surgery and that nothing like that had happened in her 13 years of breeding. However, after the fact, there is a BBB complaint the year prior where a lady had purchased a pig from Pampered piglets and it died the same day that it was delivered. I stressed to Karen in the text messages that I did not want to accept delivery of the 2nd pig due to it possibly being unhealthy as well. Karen said that she would not offer me a refund and that I had to take the 2nd pig and she would replace the pig that had passed away. Bacon was delivered 9/21 and I was very happy. 10/20/22 Hammy #2 was delivered. I brought both pigs to the vet 10/26. They were not spayed and had mites and parasites. 2 days later Hammy #2 died. Karen offered me yet another replacement but at this point 2 out of 3 pigs have died(that would be a sad meatloaf song). I am absolutely traumatized. I have never had a pet die in my entire life and I do not want an additional sick animal. I want a refund for the full amount of $3,750. I will happily return the last pig if Karen picks it up or pays for shipping. I will not spend anymore money dealing with Karen G****** from pampered piglets/fantastic frenchies.
