On July 26th, 2023, Utah Division of Professional and Occupational Licensing (DOPL) revoked the contractor license for Rocky Mountain Remodeling, Inc. due to unprofessional conduct and job abandonment.
In December 2021, business was hired by a homeowner for a project to build an addition to the existing residence with a projected completion date of Spring 2022. The homeowner paid $50,000, with the promise that the addition would be completed quickly. As of August 9, 2022, only footings had been poured and they have not had any contact with the business. Also, in June 2022, business was hired by a homeowner for a project to build a two car garage to be attached to the existing residence and paid a down payment of over $30,000. This project was never started and the homeowner has sent emails and left voicemails but has not heard back from the business.
