just now NEW If I could give minus stars I would, as you can see, I have a past due of $33, the due date is not till January 6.I had people come and pick up my garbage and within five minutes I paid them, plus $150 extra (why because they said I have to) and then I had to call them back and ask where my garbage cans were . She proceeded to tell me that I would not get my garbage cans back till next week.They were very rude and they know that I always pay ahead thats why I was only behind $33 instead of the full $141 and was going to pay extra on my next bill like I always do but they were not willing to do anything about it. And the girl who took my money, didnt even have the courtesy to call the gentleman who took my garbage cans and tell them I paid. She told me I would have to wait for a week before I got them back. Can anyone say theft?!?!?!If you look at it, its not even 90 days past due, how can they come and take stuff?Is there some place where this company can be turned in for their dishonest business practice?Seems like they are in monopoly and isnt that wrong? .Review from Rebecca S

This company has an issue with my exhusband who does not reside at my residence and I'm divorced from. They refuse to let me have garbage serive at all. My son and wife rented my house for a while and when they found out they were related to my ex they came and took there garbage can say this adress is banned for life. I'm currently back at the residence and still getting refused service. There is no money owed to them and they have a monopoly on my area i cant get any other garbage service in *******. This has gone on for years. This company is dispicable.Review from Sean W

Called because the wheel fell off the trash can. ****** the manager was rude and didn't care to help. Want's to charge a $50 fee to fix it. She did not care that this was not my fault. This is actually the second time this happened. I fixed it the first time. These folks are not friendly and don't care to have good customer service. I will fix this myself again. Thanks for nothing Econo Waste. The only Econo here is a Waste of my time. P.S. Your not getting my $50.
