            He goes by the name Ephraim O*********. It all started with spam (not subscribed) emails to me, where he sent screenshots of Trading Futures (Micro-Emini Futures) performance, and he claims he is making 400 USD per prop account on 20 different accounts in one day which almost profit of 8000 USD per day. He convinced me, that he is able to make that kind of performance because he has a Automated trading strategy/software/bot that makes good trades and had never single loss day. He also mentioned he is trading using Apex platform (******************************). Apex Platform/broker only 20 accounts per person, so, he found a way and created many of his own LLC to create 20 accounts one for each LLC. Point is, he was explaining, he can make exponentially profits using all pro account and not his own capital. Finally, one day I was able to get on call with him and he convinced me that he has Auto Trader (PPT) which I can subscribe for 2740.00 USD per month and use it to trade like him and make 6000 USD – 8000 USD per day with 20 accounts or more by creating LLC like he did. I finally decided to give it a try with refund alignment. We had clear email communication where we agreed I will try this auto trader for 45 days and if I am not satisfied, I will ask for a refund anytime within 45 days and he will refund all my money (2749.00 USD). I purchased the software on May 17th, 2024. He used his one of LLC named INTREPID COACHING EAGLE MOUNTAIN UT to charge my credit card. After trying his Auto Trader for a week, I realized it was not performing at all and all trades are losses, I did send him daily reports and he mentioned I need to trade at certain time of day only and he was not very specific. Sometimes he mentioned I need to trade other assents which are making profits. so I requested for refund in email on May 31, 2024. his response is ;credit card was having problem and not able to process refunds. Until today June 20th, 2024, I have not received refunds.
