My Fiance worked here for a short time and let me tell you. Do NOT shop at this location. Save yourself the time and annoyance. The sales managers **** and ***** will tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy that day. Telling people the rates JUST dropped when they literally JUST went up. They train the salesmen on deception and lying to gain positive surveys. One or two of the salesmen lie about having children and tell people sob stories to get surveys and commitments. If you get a post card from one of the employees saying thank you for buying from me and it has a picture of him and a kid that he says is his kid, its not, its his niece. The sales managers treat their employees like GARBAGE. My fiance was 8 minutes late today and got yelled at, berated, and demeaned in front of the entire sales staff loud as h*ll to make sure everyone ********************* was yelling at her, putting her fingers all up in her face, slamming her hands on my fiances desk trying to intimidate her, and then had the audacity to ask her to step into her office when my fiance finally stood up for herself and said she shouldnt be spoken to that way as a human, ***** got ****** and said then you can either accept it or just go home. My fiance did NOT feel safe stepping into a room alone with that woman. She acts is if shes above everyone when really shes worked at 8 different dealerships over the course of 2yrs because no one will submit to her intimidation tactics and submit to her will. I am also a sales manager for a different company. I know what it takes to be a great, empowering manager, and ***** is NONE of it. I have called HR, Im awaiting a call from the owner, and Id like to see ***** fired and/or a formal apology to my fiance. This company is full of deceit and lies, half their brand new cars sit in mud and have problems from the factory that arent disclosed. Stay away. Dont let yourself get lied too. For your own sake.
