  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. All I can say is, we used to own 2 drones, an oculus and a 10x10 tent and these items never made it to our new home. When I reached out about this we were told everything was delivered and that I should have made them aware that we owned these items. As if to say those were more important than anything else in our home. They also said if we felt something was missing that we should call the police. No one would help us, no one would even listen. We had several things damaged in the move which I suppose is to be expected but to flat out steal from us, UNACCEPTABLE.

  Everything that was on the moving truck was delivered to residence.  The truck was cleaned off after getting back from ** and there was nothing left on there. The inventories were also signed off on that everything was received. If these were high valued items they should've been brought to the attention of the driver so they could be written up on the high value inventory, but nothing was said about having high valued items.  Even per the household goods inventories, none of these items were on there at all, so there was no way for us to track these items down.  The items were not packed by our company, otherwise it would have been listed on the side of the carton as well as listed on the ** inventory. There were a lot of PBO (packed by owner) cartons/totes that we have no idea whatsoever is in them. Since we have signed documentation that everything was received and *********************** wanted to flat out accuse our guys of stealing said items (which is unacceptable), yes, she was told to contact the police and file a report since there was nothing else that we could do.

  Everything in my home was valuable. I hired you to ensure that ALL items made it to my new home. Yes we packed some boxes and no I didnt pack those. And oh um, you cant pack a tent. The reason these items were not on the manifest is because they must have been stolen at my previous house, they obviously never made on the truck. Probably during the drug deal that I witnessed outside my home so yes, I am calling your employees thiefs. I have proof of purchase two of the four items in question. I will not stop until you are out of business as you have horrible customer service. I am telling every platform about you.
