    I visited a Jiffy Lube at *********************************************************************, store #** at 9am on 8/21/23. For some unknown reason the BBB site won't let me identify the location of the incident. At any rate, I pulled up to the garage bay and asked a young woman who came to my window how much for an oil change if I provided the oil and filter and I was quoted $55.99. I said ok and informed her I had an AARP gift card as well, which she acknowledged I could use. I pulled in and they proceeded with their work. 5- 10 minutes later the same woman comes to my window and asks me "have taken the oil from you?" I responded "no, it is still sitting right here on the passenger seat". She said, "ok hang on". She returned with the manager who asked me "why I didn't tell the guys doing the oil change I had my own oil"? I responded, "because I told her (the woman who I spoke with earlier, who was standing behind the manager), do I need to tell everyone in the shop"? Response was "she's just a cashier". I responded, "how would I know that"? Her response was "have you been before?" I said yes. So, she said "I should know how it works". Actually, last visit the tech billed me right there in the garage on the computer, there was no cashier. Then she handed me the receipt without the gift card discount and said, "because I don't know what the corporate office would do or think about this, all I can do is give you a credit for part of a future service because it was a misunderstanding". I told her I wasn't coming back since they had put the wrong oil in, accused me of being at fault AND because they didn't properly credit me for the gift card. She responded "fine, when they are done, just leave" and she walked away. Then the tech told me to pull out and while I was, he reminded me I came in the wrong entrance to the garage and threw his coffee at my open driver's side window. I reported it to the police and am waiting for see if their corporate office properly corrects all of this.

    Today visited the Jiffy Lube on *************** in ************, **.The Attendant asked if I wanted a tire rotation at a discount and I said yes.Minutes later, I was approached by a gentleman, ******, who shared that the lug nut was broken during the tire rotation. After a while, I inquired with the Cashier and she indicated that the Manager was talking with the District Manager and would get back to me. He came back and said the incident was not his fault and it is a result of the nut being misapplied when I got service from ********** He said he knew a guy who could fix it, but it was not his fault and he held no responsibility. When I began to ask questions, he became upset and approached me in a threatening manner and began to spray profanity all over the building. I felt threatened.I called the District Manager, *****************************, and he indicated that he had spoken with the Manager and it was not their fault and they were going to do nothing about it.The event concluded with me paying my bill and receiving a credit for the tire rotation.I have not been to Jiffy Lube in a long time, but I hope this is not indicative of the level of service people have become accustomed to receiving The idea that they would let me leave without my tires properly secured is unsettling to **** do not expect them to do anything about this but I wanted you to at least know how their customer was treated today.Thank you for the opportunity to share.Have A Safe and ************** Day!***************************
