Additionally, all attempts to communicate with the business have gone unanswered.
On June 24, BBB sent certified mail to the Richmond address on file; however, it was returned undelieverable as addressed.
On July 17, BBB called the phone number the business provides on their website, 804-632-8334, and left a message for a return call. BBB sent an email to the business requesting a response to our letter. As of today, our requests have gone unanswered.
