          A&H Property Management has been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge referencing their "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" claim on aandhhomerepairandremodeling.com. The use of guaranteed claims does not meet the code of advertisement guidelines unless there is substantiation.

          According to the guidelines: "When "satisfaction guarantee" or similar representations are used in advertising, any material limitations or conditions that apply to the guarantee must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed."

          The BBB requested a written substantiation from the company on the specifics of the guarantee claim and offered modification options to resolve the issue.

          Although A&H Property Maintenance has not responded to our request they have recreated a new website without mention of "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed". This advertisement challenge was closed as Modified.
