          Pro Mit, LLC has been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge referencing a logo violation on their .website

          The company's use of BBB Accreditation Online seal implies that they are affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, yet our records show that they are not a BBB Accredited Business. Their use of the logo without permission constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of the trademark rights of the International Associations of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. (IABBB)

          Upon request from BBB, Pro Mit, LLC has failed to remove “BBB Accredited Business” seal from their online advertising.

          On July 8, 2024 a review of the company's website revealed that the company has removed "BBB Accredited Business" seal from their website.  This has has been reconcluded as Discontinued.
