          Quality Cores Recycling LLC has been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge that was brought to their attention by the BBB referencing the company’s website advertisement.

          Specifically, the company’s use of the claims “Get The Most For Your Catalytic Converters Guaranteed" does not meet Better Business Bureau Code of Advertising guidelines.

          According to the guidelines: “When using the term "warranty" or "guarantee" in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser's website or, in the case of mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request. Sellers or manufacturers should advertise that a product or service is warranted or guaranteed only if the seller or manufacturer promptly and fully performs its obligations under the warranty or guarantee.”

          The BBB sent letters requesting Quality Cores Recycling, LLC to substantiate, modify or remove the ad claim. Quality Cores Recycling, LLC did not respond to the BBB, however their website is now inactive as of June 6, 2024. Ad review marked as discontinued.
