Alert
BBB received a Scam Tracker report alleging a consumer ordered a product from Final Swab and did not receive the item. The report further alleges the consumer is unable to contact Final Swab or receive a refund.
We are unable to locate licensing with the Washington Department of Revenue or the Secretary of State. BBB confirmed that Final Swab is not located at the address advertised on their website in Point Roberts, WA. The owners of the parcel company located at that address further confirmed that Final Swab is not a customer of their business. BBB has reason to believe that Final Swab is not physically located in Washington or the United States.
If you are a victim of this scheme, BBB recommends filing a complaint with FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov and Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov. Additionally, you can file a Scam Tracker Report.
