Pattern of Complaints
On September 16, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Badmonkey Botanicals online store, and after several weeks they have not received their products. Customers further allege they are unable to contact a business representative to address their concerns about delivery and customer service issues.

On September 16, 2020, and October 08, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to Badmonkey Botanicals for a response to the consumer complaints. As of October 19, 2020, the business has not responded.
