While we respond to all BBB complaints, we would like to ask that you first use TRS’ dispute process by going to the TRS website (https://trsrecoveryservices.com) under the “Dispute/Validate a Debt” tab or by mailing a letter describing your dispute to TRS Recovery Services, Inc., Attention: Dispute Department, P.O. Box 674169, Marietta, GA 30006. You may also fax your written dispute to TRS at (402) 916-8140. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for TRS to process and respond to your dispute. If you have any other questions for TRS, please contact them at (800) 366-1048.
BBB asks that if you're unable to get resolution resolved with TRS directly, please file a complaint with BBB Wisconsin by clicking on the "file a complaint" button within the BBB report.
