- RETURNS are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase, and only on items that are UNUSED, UNWORN, and in NEW CONDITION. Where applicable, items should be returned in the original box with ALL WARRANTY CARDS, INSTRUCTIONS, and TAGS intact.
RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and is subject to the same return policy as stated above. When returning an online order, you must request a return authorization number from our Customer Concierge in the "Contact Us" section by including your information along with your original order number and request a return authorization number in the message field. Once you have a RA number, you can then send your return to our online Customer Concierge:

REFUNDS:
For cash or check purchases, refunds will be given in the form of check within 15 days of return.
For credit card purchases, refunds will be given in the form of credit to the original credit card used in the transaction.
