    On October 4, 2021 we (my husband and I) signed a contract with ******* ********, owner of Buckland Imagery, hiring her as the photographer for our wedding on May 28th, 2022. On May 21st, 2022 we made the final payment for *******'s photography services, which totaled to $1,204.88. ******* sent us a form to complete in preparation to our wedding day and showed up at the wedding and took the photos. However, we have not heard back from her since our wedding day. She has ignored our phone calls, voicemails, emails, and ******* **** messages. ******* has breached the contract which states that the "Vendor will provide all Services by August 28, 2022," and the list of services includes an "Online Image Gallery" and "High-Resolution Images" from our wedding which we have not received! More background information: In June, we became concerned as ******* had not been responding to our phone calls or emails, and we realized that her business had been recently receiving bad reviews on both Google and ******* **** regarding her "ghosting" clients, not communicating with them, and not delivering photographs per the contracts. Towards the end of July/early August, we noticed ******* deleted her business account from Google. I messaged ******* through ******* **** platform on August 3rd and then again on August 22nd, asking her for an update on our photos, but I received no response. When I went into ******* **** on August 27th to check if ******* had replied, there was a message saying this business was no longer on ******* ****. I contacted ******* **** support, letting them know of ******'s behaviour and similar reviews from other clients and they suggested to reach out to the ***. We are asking from ******* ******** and Buckland Imagery to communicate with us (reply our emails or phone calls) and provide us with our wedding photographs!

    We hired this company to be our wedding photographer last year. Her communication was great at the beginning. Once she got our deposit her communication became less and less. 4 months before the wedding I tried reaching out to her to ask some questions about the wedding plans and received no response. I understand life gets busy, so I let it slide as the questions weren’t that important at the time. Fast forward to the beginning of April, I was trying to reach out to her again as the wedding is getting closer! Again no response. After SEVERAL attempts at reaching her, (Instagram, Facebook,website,email) she sent an email back stating she was busy and dealing with some personal stuff. I expressed sympathy for it and was told she was not active on social media but to email her if I had anymore questions. Since that email I have sent 7 emails, Facebook message, Instagram message, texted her and tried to call her MULTIPLE times. No response to anything. Our wedding is now less than 30 days away and she has completely ghosted us with no response to anything. She will not return our deposit either and I am extremely frustrated with her lack of communication to her clients. She also has many reviews stating that she takes peoples money and photos and does not deliver the galleries to the client! I know I am not the only one who has had a problem with this company! Please help me with a way that I can at least try and get my money back! When your services are expensive it is not okay to ignore your client after receiving their money!

    November 1, 2021 $1236.38 I had hired ******* Buckland to photograph my upcoming wedding in July 2022. I have asked for a refund after she has been really terrible at communicating and will not be providing me a service anymore. She will not answer any emails, after doing some digging I have found out that she has done this with a lot of other people. She has turned off her phone to not receive any incoming calls. I have since gone with someone else but still looking for a refund for the above amount from Buckland Imagery. I hope you can help me resolve this issue as I've tried with her but like I said before she will not reply back to me. Thank you!
