    I would give zero stars if it was possible. This airline cancelled my flight without notification and left me with only the option to fly a week later. I am now stuck in another province over ****kms from home with my two year old and no compensation. It took over 4 hours to reach customer support and still could not get a call to resolve my issue. I had to book another flight through Swoop the next day to another airport and pay 1300$ for the flight which I was also told I would not be compensated for. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to for a flight.

    Was scheduled to fly to *******. Unfortunately due to the wildfires they declared a state of emergency and has a ban for non essential travel in place. Swoop refuses to give all.of us who were scheduled to fly there a refund. They have no phone number to call. No email. You have to talk to a ****** bot through ******** that never works. I had to get a friend to do some digging to get contact info for me. I emailed them on August 19th when swoop first said on the trip advisory site that refunds will be given due to the state of emergency. I didn't get a response until 5 days later AFTER they changed the status on the advisory section. They said I waited to long to contact them and that my flight wasn't eligible when I contacted them THAT same day it was put kn the site. Every other airline is giving refunds but them. Never fly swoop!

    I was scheduled to fly out July 10 to ************. I had to cancel my flight due to my husband’s medical emergency of a blood clot. As a result, he cannot fly for three months because it would be fatal. Contacted Swoop they put me off to my credit card to try to refund me which they did not. Swoop said there’s no canceling the flights. This is why we keep our cost down. However, this was a medical emergency before flying. I explained the situation and no response. I sent a message four days ago. Have not heard back resent today same thing. We didn’t cancel our flight because we wanted to end our trip. We canceled because of a medical emergency. I only asked for a credit to my account. The response was NO and No response on second attempt. I will no longer fly swoop and will pass this along to others who are considering. They only saw it as a cancellation, but it was not. It was a cancellation due to a medical emergency that yes happened before the flight. You can bet they re-sold my tickets. I will travel with another airline even if it is more expensive. Swoop I am finished with you.

    I flew with swoop last week from ******* *****, round trip .... and I'll never do it again. We had to pay for our carry-on, I literally had an army backpack that could fit under my seat but I had to pay for it. The trim inside the plane was stripping back Turbulence immediately wheels up lol, I've never had turbulence at take off ??Not even a single screen inside the plane for entertainment We were told no congregating in the aisles, but staff (not dressed/offduty) were all hanging out at the front of the plane for majority of the flight Want water on the flight? Be prepared to pay for it. That's right, not even water is complimentary on the flight. Thankfully we made it to our destination and back home safely but all the above, for what you think is a "cheap" flight - it all quickly adds up again ??

    Swoop changed automatically our return flight to earlier days and placed $452 CAD charges on our credit cards. While reaching out to them we faced only a Bot called ***** as their customer support and eventually, after days of research could get a hold of robotic human support named ** on ******** Messenger who was extremely ruthless, rude, and very heartless. We mentioned we have an appointment with a doctor on later dates for our 1 yr old son and must stay here as a pregnant mom along with my nanny and husband to visit our doctor. They only rejected ** with a phrase asking to pay again $452 CAD to change the dates back. Finally, to make the matters worse, they asked us to stop chatting with them based on their terms and services and then to our shock totally disabled our ability to even make any new changes to our flight to be returned back to the original date even when we accepted to pay for it again. Despite mentioning we have to deal with a brain tumor of a kid and it is an urgent trip which was planned precisely with doctors, they ignored any of our communications on their ******** messanger ( only channel). There is no phone to call and nothing else to work with to get a hold of anyone.We asked for their managers and their support said I am the only boss here and you have no one else to talk with whatsoever. ** ********* **** *** ** * *********

    Avoid at all costs! The customer service is absolutely terrible. Companies like swoop are the reason travel has become so stressful.They lie and ****.I was midway through my flight when they had mechanical issues on board and returned to the original airport. They had absolutely no other flight options to get my to my destination within the next 72 hours. You can't call a d speak to anyone and we were told at the airport to just go home by Swoop employees. We were told we got flight and hotel coverage with emails to prove and now swoop won't reimburse. They also couldn't do anything about my return flight that was impossible to take because they never got me to my destination. Have never had such a bad experience with an airline.

    They booked my flight in the wrong directions and now 20days before departure they are telling me there’s “nothing they can do” and I must “buy another flight” The words I have for your company are nothing but vulgar and profanity. The rage your company fills its “customers” with is absolutely baffling. How do you sleep at night? I genuinely hope this company fails and their executives find themselves in financial distress and then go through what the majority of Canadians are dealing with right now pertaining to this blatant disregard for anyone. Your company had substantial growth last over the last year and this is how you return the favour?! I pray for your failure.

    My flight was over 9 hours late with no reason given. A couple of employees said they didn't think they had a flight crew. Could not reach anyone in customer ****************************** gave zero compensation and then blamed it on unscheduled maintenance. They also took 6 weeks to respond to my emails.I'll never fly with swoop again.

    Canceled the flight 30 minutes before departure. Took the phone number on the website out of service. Representatives told us we would be getting an email to re book out flight. Never received an email from them regarding the issue. They did not state that they would reimburse us for loss of the trip we booked through them. We are from out of town so obviously had to get a hotel to stay the night and they won't be reimbursing my party of 6 for the extra money lost due to their delays. Overall terrible airline to fly with even if it's cheap. If you want a guaranteed flight book else where. If you want a flight with an actual phone number book else where. If you want an airline that you can talk to someone about issues book else where.
