    December 10th 2022 I paid $17 300 for a **** ****** Land Cruiser JDM autos ( ******* ******* *** ) is who I purchased the vehicle from. This business sold me a vehicle that was not inspected before the date of purchase. And lied about it. Didnt disclose issues with the suv prior to purchase I had found out when I went to the mechanic shop After to pick up the inspection form. Which was not provided to me only the front page was. When I told the seller I would be getting a second inspection done as a peace of mind he stated if they shop finds anything wrong with the vehicle I am not responsible which was a little alarming. The better was dead, the radio stopped working one day after, the starter started to make noice and the repair shop mentioned the rear main seal was leaking, which the seller said no repairs needed. The business the threatened me with ***** if I didnt go to the shop he recommended (his friends shop) to get an inspection completed to get a refund of the vehicle. The seller told me he would have the starter ********* issues addressed by **** auto garage. Also offered me a refund for the vehicle. And is now telling me he will not refund my money because he didnt disclose issues with the suv on purchasing it. Will not answer my phone calls and is now accusing me of taking parts off the suv to damage it to get a refund. I have drove the vehicle 50 kms from the purchase location to my house is 45kms. I just want to stop people from getting ******* from this company as they get false inspections done by their friends companies and dont disclose vehicle issues until you have purchased the vehicles.

    Hello, what this customer stated is false and half truth. She bought land cruiser which was for sale for $23,000 she bargained price down to $17,300with the agreement that she will put new battery she test drove this vehiclre twice and got it checked by an expert.she brought the vehicle home and replaced the battery while vehicle was running and triped the entertainment system . There was nothing wrong with starter she was just making an excuse because she thought she burnt the entertainment system. I agreed on refunding her money after inspection which is my right . I stoped answering her call because she has temperament issues she use abusive language and also i wanted to keep conversation proof .I gave her option to contact ***** for her right which not threat but her right but she consider it a threat because she was wrong . ***** consumer service is a regulatory authority for customers if a dealer is unfair but i knew im not doing anything wrong so i told her you have right to contact ***** if you are unsatisfied.  Finally she brought the vehicle to shop they checked and found out what she did with vehicle was wrong way to replace the battery which cause entertainment system tripped they fixd the issue and billed to me and refund was issued same day.

    JDM autos always take care of their customers never had one unsatisfied customer . This customer was issued refund and issue wad resolved the cheque image is attached.
