            Hi,I went to the Mobile Klinik at Market Mall on Aug 15th, 2024 at around 3PM, ******* to have my Iphone 14 Pro Max, 256 GB (Purple) phone screen repaired.I requested them to replace the screen with an original Apple screen. At the time of repairs I asked the Technician multiple times that my data is not backed up, let me know if there is even a slightest chance of loosing the data. The Technician mentioned that you dont have to worry, the data will not be lost.I gave the phone for repairs and left. After couple of hours I went back and they replaced the screen, but the phone was not turning on. They were not able to turn my phone on.I took the phone to Apple store and they mentioned that the phone needs to be formatted and data cannot be restored now. Even after formatting the phone didnt turned on and Apple store mentioned that there is something w with the Hardware not the software any more. (Technician destroyed the phone while replacing the screen)We had our 3 year old son's photos since he was born and we lost them all. We cannot still get over that we have lost all the invaluable memories of our son.For resolution the store is providing me with a refurbished phone where the battery and lot of parts might have been replaced.I bought a brand new phone around a year ago from ***** store. I told them that I am not accepting a refurbished phone as a replacement and I need a brand new phone. I sent an email to them last week and havent heard anything back ****** this point I am just looking for a brand new phone, I am not even asking a compensation for all the data lost on my phone.Please advise what can be the next steps.Thank you

            Hi,

            I just talked to the store manager. He mentioned that as they are owned by *****, they dont reply to you guys. Is there a legal authority where we can file a complaint and also going to media for going through with some kind of resolution.
