Even though they have a facelift recently, my experience is still horrible. I have opened the account with them for 6 months and I still have restricted access, I done all my KYC and write many emails to them and all I get is an answer from this guy, ************** telling to read the T&C and that also did not tell me why my account is restricted. Plus the fees are very high and not what they advertised saying "low fee". I have tried many others platform, they have lower fee than NDAX and they charge $1.50 for interact e-tranfers. They also make it so complicated to transfers your cryptos to another wallets. It is not user friendly at all and they take a lot of fees too. They can control the Send button on their side to restrict you from withdrawing your cryptos to other wallets. Also their coins selection is very limited. It's not even worth the time to do business with them and I also felt *** and **** by them. You don't want your cryptos to end up like FTX. Stay away from Ndax.Review from Brian S

BEWARE!! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!My account was hacked and someone withdrew my crypto funds on Christmas Day. The company has not given me any information on how the transaction was processed or who/where it was initiated. They have sent me the same generic response to my questions and essentially told me that I am on my own. I find it completely unprofessional for a digital financial institution to operate this way.One of the reasons that I invested with this company was because it is a ******** company (I actually live in ******* where it is based) and that it was insured for these situations. I find it shocking that they have simply told me that I am on my own and not provide any details or support.I strongly suggest you keep your money safe and invest elsewhere.Review from miguel v

On Oct 27 2022 I tried to withdraw funds from this crypto platform. I made a total of 5 attempts waiting up to 5 business days between each attempt. Every time I tried to resolve the issue with their team of customer support they insisted that my banking information was wrong. I have sent them pictures and documents to prove the information is correct and verified with my bank several times to figure out the issue. They never resolved this issue and would make up excuses to have me try again in 5 days. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor, refused to offer alternatives or compensation. Zero empathy towards the situation or motivation to elevate or resolve the issue. I do not recommend NDAX to anyone and if I could I would give the platform 0 out of 5.
