I will give one star because you cannot give zero stars. Avoid this place at all cost. We went to register a newly bought vehicle and it has taken 2 trips for them to do their jobs. Now after finally 2 hours waiting to get a plate and registration they have decided to start calling us and harassing us that the documents given to them were not correct even though they are the same documents everyone gets when buying a new car. They are a complete waste of your time and should have their registries license revoked. * ** **** **** *** ******** ****** ** *** **** **** ******* *** ******** **** ****** ***** *** ** ***** Beyond frustrating with these individuals.Review from Trish C

All I can say of a warning is do not book a drivers exam here. Its a wast of your time and money. *** * ***** **** **** **** *****. Booked a drivers test first time and failed. ok understood-and unfortunate-although interestingly marked demerits for not shoulder checking or checking blind spot even when it was done every time examiner said he didn't see it. Then signal for turns said he did't see it um? didn't see me signal and what? didn't hear the clicking of the signal? very weird. Then the examiner gave feedback at the end on what was done wrong and what to do for next time. Great thank you so much! booked next test, did all the things that examiner day before highlighted (which incidentally was not what was learned at driving school) _ but guess what?! new examiner now said nope that is wrong sorry you fail. The absolute inconsistency is ridiculous! Then when question about the inconsistency and comparing the two outcome reports to point it out and ask for clarification was met with rude backhanded comments and to go to driving school and reread handbook -Seriously? Again they are killing it a Crowfoot Plates- **** **** **** **** *** ******* *********. Don't give this business your money. Oh and went to *** next day- Shocker! Passed.Review from Nicholas G

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Only gets 1 Star as there is no 0 Star option. Called a day ahead to see if they could do a corporate amalgamation (requires a level 3 agent - they are on the level 3 list). "Yes, of course, just come on in, we can definitely do that for you." Arrived next day, waited 1 hour in line, then the gentlemen at the window said "Sorry, I can't do this, but my colleage over there in the white T shirt can, have a seat." So, had a seat, and after another ten minutes, flagged down the fellow in while. "Sorry, I can't do that and we don't have any level 3 agent in today." !! Also noticed the general level of service - abysmal. While there were 3-4 agents to man the windows, most of the time they were all bunched up behind the one agent who knew how to do the job!! Went to another nearby registry and was served in 5 minutes. Yes, they had a level 3 agent, 2 minutes later that agent was with me. Looking around the windows were all staffed by cheerful, competent personnel. Don't know what the score is at Crowfoot Plates - maybe just hiring family and friends - but unless you want a lousy registry experience, steer clear of the place.Review from Sam V

According to the Registry Agent Product Catalog dated January 18, 2022, Registries can charge #20.00 for a replacement certificate and apparently because this document has an uncapped service fee, Crowfoot Plates believes that a $25 service fee is fair, a price more than the actual product cost! Corporate greed at it's worst as soon as no one is regulating them for a service which took them less than 5 minutes to assist me with.
