    I wouldnt even give it a start HORRIBLE service, made me pay for someone elses billl from my previous condo even though I received cancelled notification they stated they needed another notification of when it was cancelled, the stole over $300. So whoever is living in that house has their bills paid me a stranger. I hope that going forward people with them realize they have more options with other companies then ENMAX and dont get trapped with them.

    Absolute garbage service, switched to another company much cheaper and enmax stuck me with another final bill exactly the same as my actual final bill 8 weeks after cancelation, they sent it to collections and I have no choice to pay another 500 dollars I don't even owe them. ***** ******* ******** ***** ****** *** ** **** **** *****

    Worse company ever! Left went to *****. Been a year and will never go back. To bad we have a water bill through this company. Enmax is a total joke and terrible customer service.

    Enmax is the epitome of a ****** company. I have been a customer for twelve years and recently received a bill for $700 for a property i own that is vacant. I was told they have been estimating my meter reading due to a meter reader being unavailable for the last three months. They then decide to send an actual person the month my electricity rate went up double from 6.59/KWH to 12.5/KWH, the actual reading was so far off of their estimation I'm now on the hook for $700 for a house that no one is living in.

    The Enmax website ***** and the customer service doesn't even respond by email. The invoice varies randomly without logic. I have to switch to another supplier unfortunately. Enmax City of Calgary not recommended.

    Enmax website sucks and has for years....moving on to other provider....unfortunately I will still have to deal with the water, recycle and sewage ******* only being offered by Enmax etal City of Calgary

    I had received a letter in the mail from ENMAX to renew my energy plan/contract. I went online to do so. There was a plan offered that matched my current energy plan so I tried to select it but there was some kind of technical glitch. I called their number, and submitted screenshots of the offer. During subsequent phone calls they said that they didn't offer this plan anymore, denied the online offering despite two different screen shots taken/provided at different times and was forced to accept a plan where the rate that was 55% higher than what had been offered online. TALK ABOUT A BAIT & SWITCH! Despite repeated calls and back & forth, they would not honour their online offering.Desperately shopping for a new retailer before my current plan runs out.

    I needed to change the name on the Enmax account as I split with my ex and need it in her name. Can't make that sort of change online so you have to contact them by phone. I called and was put immediately on hold. It's now been 1 hour and 46 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. Out of curiosity I sent a tweet explaining my frustration. They answered within 2 minutes of it going live on social media. Only took 2 minutes for them to respond simply saying sorry were experiencing a higher than ordinary call volume. It's funny how when negative information goes live on social media they respond in seconds. This practice should not be allowed by any business.
