            Furnace King *************************************** was hired to do a furnace install on March 16, 2022. They were given $2000 deposit and balance upon completion of the job. They started working without providing a written contract and obtaining a permit from the county. Numerous time they were asked to obtain a permit and provide a contract but never provided one.On April 1st, ************************************************** full which I paid on Monday morning April 04, 2022.Little I knew they had never applied for a permit, the job was not completed and the furnace was not even operational.Realizing all that I demanded that they come back and finish what they were paid to do. When I had no success I hired a lawyer to contact them and demand that they complete the work. ****** ** **** **** *** ***** *** ****** ** ** ******** ***** ***** ***** **** **** ** *** *** ***** **** **** ****** ***** **** ****** ** **** ***** ***** **** **** ****** ***** **** **** *** **** ***** **** ****** *** **** ***** **** ** *** *****Then they called ************** Services saying that the place was unsafe to work there. But they had no problem working there before they got paid?Up to this day April 28, 2022, they are still finding excuses not to complete the work, for which they got paid in full a month ago, and the furnace remains nonoperational and there is still no heat. These are main points of the complaint:1 They lied that the work is completed and demanded final payment 2 **** ******* ** ** ***** *** ***** **** **** **** ** *** **** 3 Avoided and never provided a written contract or permit.4 Upon receiving final payment, left and never completed the job.

            Dear better business bureau

            your site limits what I can say and the numerous health code violations are why the install is yet to be completed. Until the proper authorities contact me to let me know they have all been recognized the install can not be completed as it is ********** negligent for me to do so which would result in me poisoning people with air contaminated with mice dropping, dead bodies and poison. Which would result in more headache and a potentially devistating lawsuit and west of all I potential illness to the residences which included minor children. If I was allowed to type more then **** character I would elaborate on all the many health code violations. Feel free to contact me if you are interested to know all the ******* issues taking place in that dwelling. ************

            I am rejecting this response because:
            As a result of complaint by Furnace King, we had ************** Services conduct an inspection on May 6, and found no such evidence of any hazards mentioned by Furnace King. These are false accusations.
            I would like to know why ******* from Furnace King, lied that the job was completed and demanded final payment on April 1, and after receiving the payment, never came back to finish the job. I have made numerous attempts to cooperate with him with no result.
