Poor customer service. It starts with poor installation, high priced service and no commitment to making sure the job is done right. After three experiences with this company, I would strongly suggest you not use them. The issues I was having were straightforward and they had no commitment to making sure the job was done right or well. They just wanted me to pay immediately after they were there even though they didnt solve the problem. Take my advice dont use this company.

We are sorry you feel this way about the level of service that we have provided.We have tried to work with you to solve the problem, which sometimes systems like these can develop. This system has worked very well for many years and like any mechanical system, sometimes a repair is necessary. This system is out of warranty, and given that you are the second owner, we have tried to accommodate what we can but there are limitations to manufacturer's warranties that we have to abide by. We follow the rules and work hard at providing honest and fair service to all of our customers, even those that expect things that are out of our control.Our technicians are only doing there job by asking for payment, which you were aware of and to which you agreed to. Putting our team in that situation is not very kind of you and we expect our customers to treat our team with respect.We are willing to work with you once you pay your outstanding bills which you were completely aware of and agreed to the charges before we started working.Thanks!
