Did not bother to clean up and left. I had contacted managers and requested to complete the work but it is still unresovled

    ****** Industries have installed new gas furnace at my house. The combustion air intake pipe is not installed properly. Even after my numerous telephonic and email requests, ****** have not even looked at the issue, let alone rectifying the issue. I have also contacted ******* ******** and ******************* as the work was done under gas permit. Their inspector was to talk to them but in-spite of that no action has been taken by the company.

    ****** installed a new gas furnace in the client's home in 2021.  The *************** completed the inspection and passed the work with no issues.  ****** has been in communication with the Inspector and confirmed that the furnace installation passed without any issues.

    Many months later, the client contacted ****** in regards to a hot water tank.  We offered to dispatch a technician to check the hot water tank and this was scheduled for March 10, 2022.  This is a chargeable call.  The appointment was cancelled on March 7, 2022. 

    ****** did communicate with the client that we did not touch the hot water tank nor make any alterations to the hot water tank.  ****** is available to dispatch a technician to check the hot water tank but the client will be charged for the service call.  

    It is ****** position that there are no issues with the furnace installation.  Any future calls regarding a hot water tank are a chargeable item.

    Complaint: ********

    I am rejecting this response because: The combustion air intake pipe install by contractor is putting pressure on vent line as clearly seen from the pictures I have uploaded. All I am requesting the contractor is to re-route the air intake line in such a way that it do not touch the hot water vent line. The furnace installation is still under warranty. This should not be chargeable.

    The photos presented by **************** show glue and previous scratches.  No crack is visible on the photos.  ****** does not agree with the allegations of damage.  Future work requested by **************** will be chargeable items.
