I havent had such knowledgeable, friendly service in a VERY long time. ***** spent 3hrs explaining the differences in EVERY hot tub they sell. I was totally confident in my final choice knowing more about hot tubs as this is my first. His patience was amazing as I asked so many questions, and demonstrated what is necessary from the setup to maintenance and delivery. I appreciated his assurance he would be there anytime I called to answer any questions after delivery (which was also excellent service and so friendly). Time forward six months of total enjoyment of our hot tub-he is still answering my questions and amazingly patient. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend World of Spas ******* to anyone. I recently purchased a hot tub from **** at World of Spas in *******, and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked into the store, **** was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to understand our needs and helped guide us through the different options available, ensuring we found the perfect hot tub for our needs.What stood out most was ****** patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. He explained everything from installation to maintenance in great detail, making us feel confident in our purchase. Even after the sale, he continued to provide great customer service, checking in to make sure everything was set up properly and offering helpful tips.Overall, we highly recommend **** at World of Spas if youre considering purchasing a hot tub. World of Spas has helped me with my pool chemistry on numerous occasions. It resulted in me buying a tub from the franchise. The staff are very helpful. I have been using their chemicals and their Twilight 240 for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the performance. Any time I have issues with my water, the staff are more than happy to help me problem solve. Would recommend for sure.Review from Don M

World of spas in ******** is pathetic!! Talked to parts and they suggested a new heater might fix my problem and sold me a new heater for $400. Took it home and plugged it in but it made no difference. I took it back to return it, only to be told there are no returns on ANY parts. They are greedy lieing scum that only want your money. They dont give a dam about your experience or helping you, UNLESS youre there to buy something. Go anywhere but to them. I would leave a 0 rating but you have to pick 1 star minimum, that should tell you how they are.Review from Judy S

I was looking for a hottub all over and I came to World of Spas I have to say such an amazing experience and very professional and knowledgeable sales team. It was nice I didn't feel pressured and when I had questions they knew the answers. I highly recommend World of Spas
