    We had reached out to this business regards to poor service and tried to rectify the issue about being charged for weed control which they never looked after properly as we had weeds continue through May-June 2021. We simply asked for a refund of $94.06 which they have yet to do and now gave us a even higher **** with a $65.53 late payment which is not legal by any stretch as we have no paperwork for this service. We simply want the weed control service deducted from our **** and this late charge. This is a bit stupid on there end and poor service. Weve been gone 5 months out of country and come home to this ****.

    Weed Man has tried to rectify the issues with Mr. ******* multiple times without response. When he complained about the weeds, we booked a complimentary re-application of weed control however, we quickly realized after he sent pictures that he was concerned about the rock areas that were growing weeds. Weed Man conveys to our customers that rock areas are NOT guaranteed with our weed spray however we will spray it as a courtesy as we are aware our weed control will not eradicate weeds entirely in these areas. After we were made aware of Mr. ******* concerns, the office manager personally sent him an e-mail advising of this and acknowledging his concerns. The e-mail was sent on June ************************************************************************************************************ exact words " I will waive a portion of the current balance. Instead of $*** that you current owe, I will take that total down to $****** (gst included). You pay the lower balance and we close your account." This e-mail was never responded to. Mr. *******' customer file was then brought up again in December of 2021, in which the manager sent him another e-mail advising of the same thing as previous. Offering to close the account at $******, charges without the weed control cost. Mr. ******* has made no attempt to contact, respond or make a payment towards his outstanding balance. He states that he requests a refund, however he has not made ANY payments at all. Late payment fees are stated on each statement we send our customers. Multiple statements have also been sent to Mr. ******* with no response. The manager has again sent a 3rd e-mail today trying to rectify the issue and close the account. If Mr. ******* had dealt with this issue back last June and made payment, no late fees would have accumulated. We are also willing to remove the Late Charges as a courtesy.
