    After having 2 terrible visits at 2 other dealerships. I came across the Palisade I had been looking for on the internet. I reached out to **** **** with Southtrail Hyundai the experience was a completely perfect. He was genuine, caring, with no pressure or pushing in any direction. Kavvy in finance was great, very clear and made sure I understood everything about the warranty and all the paperwork we were signing. They definitely treated me and my wife like family and Id recommend Southtrail Hyundai anyone shopping for a vehicle.Thanks ****!

    This dealership has serious service issues, not worth a star rating. Bought a new vehicle in 2021. Took it in for a sensor issue 9 months ago. Vehicle still has warranty but told the sensor wasnt covered, which it should be. Was told they would look into it. Never hear anything. Phoned them in September I was told I never paid for the part so it wasnt ordered & didnt know when they could get the sensor. This was the First I was told I had to pay for any parts. Again they said theyd look into it, never heard anything After us phoning them to see what was going on, My husband went in to their service department in January. They told him they are busy & he should phone Hyundai himself to work out warranty issues??

    Not recommended . They overcharge their customers for service adding MISC charges and shop charges, this is an addition to the labour charge and parts. They do not mention any of those additional charges when booking to schedule a service.

    I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on July 28. It had some hail damage on the hood so I paid an additional $1800 to have the hood replaced. I was told this would be done within a week. August 6, a week and a half later, I went back to the dealership and nothing had been done. I made arrangements to pick it up on August 8 and would bring it back when the hood was ready to be installed. The week of August 15 I called the dealership twice, I was told the hood was ordered and on it's way, and then I was told it was on a delivery truck that had broken down. They advised it would take 1-2 days once it arrived. I then had no communication until September 2 when I received a text that the hood arrived, so I booked in Sept 13. When I asked about a service loaner (which I was promised) they wouldn't have one available that day, but guaranteed there would be one available Sept 14 so they bumped my appointment. When I dropped the vehicle off Sept 14, they did not have a service loaner. When I checked the vehicle in, the service advisor had my appointment time, but wasn't aware of what work was being done. I was sent in an uber to get a car rental, and advised the hood (along with a few other minor things like detailing it) would most likely be done the next day. September 26 I drove by the dealership in my rental car and my vehicle is sitting on the lot with a USED HOOD WITH A DENT IN IT. I contacted them to advise this was not acceptable as I've paid for a new hood. (I contacted 2 other dealerships and was told a new hood could be ordered and would arrive in 2 business days). At this point I asked for either my money back for the hood and I would take it elsewhere, or they get a new hood asap and I want to see it before it gets painted. Oct 5 and it is still not done. They've had my vehicle a total of 32 days altogether so far since I purchased it. Don't trust this dealership. Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give zero stars I would.
