When purchasing the car on November 1, the dealer provided with this so called protection warranty plan. First off they never mentioned the price or spoke about what is being applied to the car. They mentioned it was lifetime and we can come get protection added at any time. When getting our vehicle the sales *** said we should never come back for the products and said it should last life time, we feel appalled and disgusted. For being charged this much for a product they guarantee to be lifetime and one *** says we can come back anytime to really protection and then the last *** says we can't. As well when we purchase it barely looked like any of this product was added on the car. We want a refund and feel taken advantage of.

I am looking for refund on the protection plan as they misled us about the terms, first was told we can come back and get paint protection any time, and for the interior of the car we were told they will fix the seats if any cracks appear in the leather, and as well for the cost of the protection plan was never really told the pricing.   The first *** we spoke to on the 29th of October told us when we were signing the documents for the car, with this plan he put us in we can come back any time.  We picked up the car on this past Saturday on November 2nd and the *** told us we shouldn't have to come back again to get any more protection for the car, we feel misled on the whole deal, we are asking for the refund for 1440 for this.  Thank you

I was in looking to buy a new vehicle and brought in a 2013 Ford Edge for trade appraisal. Most online quotes for trade value were approx $10,000 with dealerships asking me to come in as they could offer more. This dealership offered me $7200 in trade value and complained I was asking too much. in trying to get to my budget of $160 bi weekly they proposed $180 with my purchase of extended warranty as well. They ran the credit application and asked me to deposit $2500. I said no and offer ed $200 as a deposit, the salesman ***, finally agreed and got the debit terminal ready, I put the chip in and keyed in my pin distracted as *** was talking. No terminal receipt was provided to me. The following business day I became alarmed at the biweekly rate as calculations did not match a trade value of $10000. and no paperwork of any kind was provided to me when i had left. in conjunction with possible employment interruption I notified the dealership of my hold on the purchase and requested the deposit back while I got clarification on my trade value and my employment. The dealership refused to refund me what I believed to be a $200 deposit, and only when I filed a dispute with mastercard was I aware I had paid $500.

This customer signed and entered a binding agreement. All the obligations and terms we agreed to south trail Nissan fulfilled. The customer failed to fulfill his obligations and on the day of delivery opted to not pick up his new vehicle. Our terms are clearly stated on the documents he signed including one which says his deposit is non refundable.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Deposit was $200 and they charged me $500, no documents I signed were provided to me. I verbally asked if deposit was refundable if I could not proceed and they said yes.

Lastly they never showed me a written trade value of my 2013 Edge

    Sincerely,
