Unfortunately, our experience has been similar to others who have provided feedback. Very disorganized and unprofessional conduct of coaches and leaders at least at the indoor/ winter U9 level. This organization appears to be riddled with arrogant leadership who are not transparent. There are many other sporting organizations in the city of Calgary as well as provincially for families to invest their time and money. Community sports can be a wonderful experience for families. It has been that way for our family over the years. The noted exception has been with the Rangers. We have heard countless feedback from other families who have had similar experiences with the Rangers organization so we certainly are not unusual. Would advise new families to exercise due diligence and reach out to other soccer associations such as Foothills who have a much better reputation.

Tried this club for my child & found their practices very unprofessional and misleading. There's politics in competitive sports, but this clubs politics are some of the worst I've seen. The executive technical director & technical directors cannot even get their stories correct when providing us with answers. Parents who feel their child's positions are threatened by potentially better players (they know who they are), run the club. Is this what the club means by development? Players who barely show up for practices & still get regular playing time are rampant especially with the **** teams. These teams are suppose to be in a high performance league, yet coaches do not instill the basic ethics of practicing with your teams & earning one's spot in the line up. Players roughing up other teammates coming back from injury & not addressed, most likely for fear of losing that registration was seen first hand. The club accepting "donations/gifts" from parents, who coincidentally their child plays all the minutes, is highly unethical & a conflict of interest. The players who actually have the dedication, show up to practice, are knowledgeable in the game barely see any playing time as a core of parents, who's kids are clearly behind in their development, start making waves. Yet this club is nationally licensed? Standards for this licensing must be inadequate at best. Do your home work with this club especially with the technical staff who are suppose to be UEFA licensed professionals on paper, but appear to have finished near the bottom of their licensing class in the way they conduct themselves.
