            So I bought my wife tires and rims for xmas. She got fountain tire to install all 4 tires. Less then 2 months later my wife almost lost one tire. All the wheel lugs came loose and tire almost came off causing a accident now we brought back to them they lied and ******* my wife out of 500 to repair the problem even thou this was there fault. Then they quoted one rim at **** which there incompetence of installing and tightening tire caused all the damage. I have tried to talk with them and no one cares so I'm going this route before I get a lawyer involved.

            We have attempted to discuss this issue with ******* on 4 separate occasions. Our owner and our **************** Rep from head office have contacted *******; he becomes very ******* over the phone and refuses to listen to the possible resolutions to his issue. His ****** ***** on he phone means that we are unable to hold a discussion.

            I am rejecting this as I have had to wait to get a response for over a month I have already replaced rim as I have extras I'm a jeep ethuastist they are admitting fault by fixing said rim. I want our 500 dollars back as well as it was there fault that tire came off. They quoted us on paper **** per rim. Which is a scam. No rim costs that alone. They lied to my wife and ******* her. It defenialtey is not acceptable
