I rented a storage space for my trailer. I paid by email money transfer. They changed my credit card monthly and when I found out had to fight to get my credit card charges reversed. When I gave notice I was leaving and I returned the proxy card I paid $35 I paid a deposit for he refused to refund the money. He asked for proof I paid and when I produced it, he block my number and ignored calls. When I did get a hold of him he threatened me because I called him at 7:30am and threatened me saying he knows where I live. Do not recommend anyone use this business.

I have been with Boondocks RV Storage since 2020. We have given the company our credit card to take monthly payments from it on the 15th of every month. I gave notice on September 1,23 that we would be leaving by the 15 of October, 2023 for a trip and returning in the spring. I got sick and could not leave until the 16 of October 2023 He charged me a full months rent. I complained and was told to bad you left a day and that my credit card has been removed his system. On November 15, 23I was once again charged *****. I contacted him immediately and was told it was because I didnt leave. My motorhome has not been in his lot since October 16,23 and requested a refund and still have not received one. I contacted my credit card and have asked for him to stopped from taking money from my card.

This issue is regarding a $20.00 refund for a scan card at Boondocks RV facility in ************************************. The $20.00 deposit is refundable once the tenant leaves, which I did. My contract ended on September 3, 2022 and I left on August 28, 2022 at 11:00 am. The owner asked me to drop the scan card in the mailbox at the facility, which I did. I then asked him to confirm that he had received it and he did. I emailed him my full address, just in case he couldn't find it in his files. He has my civic address, my email address and my telephone number because we texted. It has been 1 month since I dropped off the scan card and vacated the premises. I have texted as well as emailed the gentleman. He has not responded. I did not call him over the phone because I want all this in writing. I am a Senior citizen and I don't like being taken advantage of. There is no reason for this to happen. I have a written contract from the former owner which he clearly does not want to honor. All I am asking is for him to be honest and send me a $20.00 check for the scan card which I gave back. Having known that he was not going to pay back the $20.00, I would not have given back the scan card. I was honest, he is not. Thank you for reaching out to him and asking for him to do the right thing. Sincerely, *******************************
