Horrible Experience with ******!Don't trust at all.....We hired him and as you can see in the pictures is how he wired our Nest thermostat to a two stage variable furnace which cost us over $9000 with another single stage furnace.Furnace can't maintain set temperature or reach desired temperature.*** blamed the world but nothing wrong with his install or wiring.*** goes on a rant that it's the thermostats fault ??.Isn't the installer suppose to make sure the equipment is working - Well it definitely isn't.We are stuck now with a $5500 furnace that doesn't function properly.We got the run around when we reached out to him.*** is not available 24/7 as advertised.Save your money and hire someone else.***, whatever you respond back is a ***, we informed you the furnace didn't maintain set temperature from day one and it will never the way you have it set up.Your emails are a *** as you can't prove anything you write.I can prove that I have a $5500 furnace that doesn't work properly with the way you wired it with the nest thermostat.We had this nest thermostat hooked up to our old two stage furnace and never had a problem, but now you play the blame game.If he wants your business, *** will show up at 10:00pm, but when it's time to fix his * **, Good Luck ?? even getting him to answer his phone.Furnace is *******, Weather is getting colder and no heat ??

Please let me clarify from Wikipedia:"The second law of thermodynamics indicates the irreversibility of natural processes, and in many cases, the tendency of natural processes to lead towards spatial homogeneity of matter and energy, especially of temperature. It can be formulated in a variety of interesting and important ways. One of the simplest is the Clausius statement, that heat does not spontaneously pass from a colder to a hotter body.It implies the existence of a quantity called the entropy of a thermodynamic system. In terms of this quantity it implies that When two initially isolated systems in separate but nearby regions of space, each in thermodynamic equilibrium with itself but not necessarily with each other, are then allowed to interact, they will eventually reach a mutual thermodynamic equilibrium. The sum of the entropies of the initially isolated systems is less than or equal to the total entropy of the final combination. Equality occurs just when the two original systems have all their respective intensive variables (temperature, pressure) equal; then the final system also has the same values."**************************************************** In summary: you have a house with a legal(?) basement suite. You keep the temperature at 14C. I know this as I have gone to your house to fix this problem on a previous occasion, and advised you then to keep the basement at a reasonable temperature - 21C is fine. You argued with me and said that they're two different systems, and it shouldn't make a difference. I politely and scientifically disagree. Mass effect and thermodynamic equilibrium are the factors that are causing your main floor furnace to struggle to reach setpoint temperature. Once again ****/Toufic - the furnaces are sized according to spaces they are designed to heat. if you turned the furnace for the basement (which was quite chilly) up to the appropriate temperature, which I had done the previous time I came (free of charge, if you'll remember) and it had Indeed reached set temperature on the main floor. Behaving poorly, spamming ****** with bad reviews, abusing the BBB system in order to try and bully us, and smear our good name online is hardly a pro-active way to resolve this situation. Also - please refrain from verbally abusing our staff, and shouting expletives from your windows in the future.
