            Hello , This is ****** *******, hired on August 12,2022 Amer construction ltd to do my roofing and they did but on January 21,2023 , I got lot of water coming from the roof , this was exactly right after the weather was nice on January 19 20 . When all the snow melted on the roof so instead of going down it came to my house . I called the company, they replied my phone and I explained the situation, they said they are out of town , they will be in edmonton the next day. I called them the next day they ignored my call and my text .I sent them picture and video on their what's app but they blocked me . I called for another company to check, they said , the only option you have to do your roofing all over again and the problem was , not enough materials was uses - no water and ice shield was used and no deck base as per Alta bldg code. I want my money back from amer construction ltd. I appreciated your time to look after my mater . ******
