    I purchased a house from Jayman in the ********************************. Initially, everything seemed great and everyone was friendly. However, after a few months of taking possession, I noticed issues with the paint, drywall, ******, and solar panels. Overall, the house is decent, but Jayman appears to be lacking attention to detail. The nice finishing touches are missing. If you are considering buying a Jayman home, I suggest you exercise caution before taking possession. After the possession date, Jayman is likely to make excuses and ask you to wait for the third or eleventh month before taking any action.Since buying the house, I have been dealing with constant issues. It hasn't been a great experience so far.

    We have had so many issues with our new home and Jayman Built is not providing prompt service nor responding to emails. I requested contact information so that I can contact someone who can help but we consistently get met with no answers. Almost a year has gone by since we purchased our home and we have issues that have not been resolved nor were we provided with a timeline. When we were in the market to buy our home the Jayman sales representatives were amazing, but then we bought the house and we realized that we were mislead. We are incredibly disappointed and we put so much of our money into a home we will seemingly never be able to enjoy. Our only hope is that they will support us in getting the work completed.The greater public needs to be aware of these issues.

    DO NOT BUY A HOME WITH JAYMAN I bought my home 2 years ago now , The first year little problems slowly came up when it got to my 1 year final walk thru my floors that i had addressed at the walk throughs still had not been fixed at the 1 year walk through the Jayman inspector tapped the floor with his fist trying to push it down he said he cannot fix it that they would need a flooring guy to come in and do it , i have yet to receive a call to follow up on it and I've sent Jayman numerous emails they ignore me my neighbors also have the same issues with there flooring and Jayman ignores them. My walls to my baseboards all have cracked and are splitting as well as my window frames to the surrounds are all cracked and splitting, i still have not had the ********************** my garage that was included, the siding on the garage is falling off the garage floor is cracked all the way across and nothing in the house is square you cannot hang up shelving or and thing that needs to be fit square.Jayman has to be the most unprofessional builder there is , they will NOT get back to you and when they do they take there time so its past the 1 year and the they always tell you that its NOT there responsibility anymore after the 1 year to contact the alberta home owners warranty. Jayman is like a used car dealership once they get your money they don't care .They will also leave the same response to everyones negative review not our fault past the year , they wait until the year is up and then its not there fault all my issues were brought up during my walk troughs and were never fixed just like most peoples homes they just ignore you for a year so they dont have to fix it and lose money

    We have spoken with our ************* team regarding ******* warranty items, all of which have been completed.

    Unfortunately, there is a 1 year warranty period, which is standard in our industry and does become homeowner maintenance.

    We ensure that we complete all warrantable items at the 2 month and the 11 month service calls, which we can confirm were done on this home.  If you would like to email ********************************* with a summary of what you feel is outstanding from that period, we would be happy to pass it along to our ************* Team and Management.  Thank you.

    In my opinion, this company strives to spend as little as possible while charging above average prices. There were many corners cut, and sadly my family paid the price. We spent additional money to get the " ultra" package but we've been fighting to get what we've paid for, let alone a quality product. I could never, in good conscience, recommend this company. We had over 50 trade visits within the first 14 months to remedy the many shortcuts taken. Buyer DEFINITELY beware.
