    Contract this company to repair my hot tub that was leaking on July 14th, 2023. “***” attended my residence to assess the leak and determined it required two new pumps. I paid $189 for his service call which I do not dispute. He asked I paid for the pumps up front at a cost of $1500 and would install them that week. He never did. He answered one of my calls and said he was in Calgary with his daughter who had cancer but would fix the pumps the next week. This has still not taken place and reading recent google reviews this is a pattern. I simply want the money for the pumps returned.

    I contacted 24 Hour Hot Tub Service by phone and spoke to the ***** *** on June 8, 2023 about having my hot tub de-winterized. He verbally provided a quote and asked that I provide name, address, phone number and email address for his office to send an invoice for prepayment of $630 for this service. I did so and prepaid the invoice on June 8, 2023, and we agreed to an appointment date of June 16, 2023. I stayed home from work on June 16, 2023, and *** did not arrive. I attempted to reach him by text in the morning with no response, contacted his office by email who suggested calling. I talked to *** around noon - and he mentioned due to rain earlier in the week he was behind but he would try to make it later in the day and that he would call me back. He never called back and didn't respond to multiple texts until Thursday June 22nd. At this point by text he suggested that he could do the service on the following Monday, however that was not acceptable to me as we would be out of town on vacation. At this point I first requested a refund of my prepaid deposit. After that requests I sent 5 follow-up requests with no response leading up to July 14, 2023 when I indicated I would issue a complaint. He responded at that time that he needed a little more time and he would send the money - issues at the shop. I thanked him for the response and held off. He has not responded to any texts or calls since that date through today July 26, 2023. I just sent a final note indicating that I would be issuing a complaint and he responded immediately asking for more time, saying his daughter has cancer and he is low on funds and please just wait until the end of the month. At this point, I fear that I have fallen for a **** somehow and that others should be warned to stay away from this business. Any help would be much appreciated - I just want my money back so that I can hire a different company to work on my hot tub.

    *** was contacted to replace a bro*** hot tub pump on June 21, 2023. He required payment in full via etransfer of $874.65. Was told that the part would be replaced within the next week. Part would take a day or two to come in. Payment in full was sent June 21, 2023 - invoice 912, and payment was accepted right away. Started texting *** June 26, 2023 to see if the part had come in and when he would be able to come out and replace it. Texts sent June 26, June 29, July 4, July 6. Emails were sent and phone calls were made with voice mails left. Zero response. *** finally responded via text July 6 when I suggested that he had scammed me out of my money. He said he had some things going on and acknowledged that he had dropped the ball and would ‘try’ to get the part replaced that week. At that point, we had hired someone else to do the repair and I requested a full refund as I had paid for a part and service that I did not receive. Multiple promises to refund - would take 3 business days, etc. more attempts to contact him with zero reply. Bottom line is he has stolen $874.65 from me and ignores all contact. * *** ***** ********** ***** * ****** ******* *** ** *** *** ******** *** ** ******* *********** ** ** *** **** ******* *** ** ******* * **** ******** *** *** ********* ********* ******** ****** *** ** ****** This is business is NOT closed. It continues to operate and take money without providing any services - zero regard to Consumer Rights. How is he allowed to keep doing this?

    Invoice for products and services promised dated May 5, 2023 (attached). Pack System, Chemical Program, Field Labour, Hot tub cover. Invoice was paid via e-transfer for the amount of (three thousand twenty-nine dollars and 11 cents) $3129.11 CAD Invoice **** Products and Services have not been delivered. Dealings with "***" Multiple follow ups were done via my initiative with email and texts when a booking was not done after payment provided. Not once did they initiate follow up. May 26 *** indicated via text that following week to get the service done and indicated the parts should be received by Wednesday (May 31); and then no response. I followed up June 13 and he indicated having the service set up by Monday (June 19), trying for the wee***d; and no response. I followed up with a text on June 19 the proposed date of service; and no response. I sent an email June 29 requesting a refund (attached); and no response.
