            To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal La Senza member nd shopper for many years. This year, I didn't receive my birthday coupon email. I kept waiting in case there was a delay (December 3); however it's now December 19, and I didn't receive it. I called customer service and spoke with ******* who spoke with her **********. I was told that there's a glitch in the system in which the emails aren't being sent. They said they could adjust for the $15 off. I asked if I could go in store and get this, the associate confirmed that they could honour this in store. I drove all the way to ******** ****, and the store associates refused me. She also said that it doesn't work for sale items and that I would need to renew my la senza membership to get it. Why would i have to renew when my brothday was on Dec. 3, and I was a member until Dec. 12? If I got the email, I could have redeemed it before the 12th. I called the customer service back, and had another associate who said I can only do this online. This is very frustrating to me. I drove all the way here and left my dad, an elderly two-time stroke survivor sitting in the car to wait for me. I kept being thrown around from associate to associate and this is very unfair. What terrible service! I'm kindly seeking a solution to this issue please. Ideally, I would like the $15 off sent to me that can be used on Sale items and online as well as in-store without me having to renew my membership.
