            A friend used me as a reference for this loan shark company and I guess defaulted on their loan and now they call me every day harassing me and demanding payment for a debt that isn’t even mine. They also tell me my friends name, loan amount, that they have defaulted which is a breach of the privacy act of Canada and they swear and yell at you. They are legit wise guys or something. I don’t even have any business with them and they threaten me for payment against a friends debt. I asked for the license of which province they’re registered in, they hang up. I ask them the business name they hang up. I’ve told them 100x to remove my name I don’t owe them anything and yet they still call.

            I am writing this complaint as I was having a banking issue and ******* more from true pay day loan wouldn’t hear my explanation as I missed one payment . He called me a ******* , a liar and a fraud . When I re loaned with this company they though I was a different person and said they blocked me from loans from all websites . When I wasn’t this person ! He is completely rude ignorant and truly a disrespectful person who has zero customer service !!! Missing one payment they put me in collections and demanded that I pay them via e transfer right away or else they will keep my file in collections. ******* nor ***** would believe me as to what was happening with my bank and I felt were rude and they kept calling me as I’m trying to drive to work and kept emailing me and harassing me ! Such a terrible place to deal with and have zero understanding of customers issues . I will never go back to this place and i recommend everyone stays away . They are the *******s or not the customers . This business should be shut down !

            True Payday Loans has nothing but caused my place of work, and family grief. I was harassed, as well as my work Also I have been through undeserving amount of extortion with this company and their debt collector ***** ******. I was not given a copy of my loan agreement. I even asked for one. They wouldn't give one. I asked how much I owe they gave me random numbers, higher than borrowed by double the amount. I would like to file Notice of Claim through the courts if that what it takes to exploit them, since they have no number to connect with or an legitimate address. What this company does is scam people of money and harass unlawfully. They don't follow rules and regulations. I hope they get caught and shut down.

            I received a loan about 2 months ago from “true paydayloan”, I have missed a payment due to switching bank accounts, I’ve made arrangements with “***** washer” and all he has done was call my place of work WHICH IS A DENTAL OFFICE , Call 300 plus a day to the point PATIENTS in urgent care cannot call us. He has called me a total of 917 times in just two days and when I answer he literally says nothing but breathes or laughs… He calls my family members 300 plus times a day and does the same. He send me emails, talking about personal unprofessional things, harassing me and threatening me. He has harasses me so much in 2 days that I had to change my phone number. he claims to be a collection agent, however what he is doing is illegal. It’s straight up harassment and it needs to stop. HEA DISRUPTING A BUISNESS. I have all means of paying but you this harassment needs to stop immediately. I have filed a police report and now I am doing this and I pray and hope you can take action. This is ridiculous and it’s not okay. My number is ********** please please reach out, I have all the emails from him if needed. I am not the first person nor the last person he will do this too. Please help!!!!
