We purchased a used rv and traded ours in at the dealership. We later discovered that the rv they sold us was rotten so told them we were cancelling the transaction and that they could bring our rv back to us in Terrace and pick the other one up as my husband had already made the trip to Edmonton to purchase the other one. They hired a tow company to bring ours back to Terrace. They told us they have used this tow company multiple times. The driver who brought our rv back to us did significant damage to it. He denied it and has been ignoring the **** calls as the dealership told us to sort it out with the tow company to get our rv fixed. The dealership told us that they had video and pictures of our rv before it left their lot to prove that that tow driver did the damage. They lied about having any of that so **** would not accept our claim. They also discovered that the tow driver did not have a valid driver’s license at the time he brought out rv back to us and the tow company has now gone bankrupt. The dealership and the tow company had the contract together and the dealership paid them in full. We should not be the ones trying to sort this mess out in order for our rv to get fixed. It was in the hands of the dealership at the time. I have also sent emails and tried calling to explain this to them but have not heard back.

YES the Saleman vouches I am correct he also heard it very clearly. We put a non refundable if the wife’s application was approved. We purchased a 2022 highland ridge 26bhs from GoRV Edmonton. I proceeded to drive my family on a cross country trip to Ontario our destination PEI. When we arrived in Marmora Ontario my father in law noticed that the rear right wheel was worn to the mesh. (We drove 8 hours a day for 5 days carrying approximately 6500lbs using a 2018 f150 rated for 9000lbs.) I contacted roadside assistance and they provided a service tech from #7 Auto Service. The tech directed that I bring it to his shop for further inspection. Upon arrival it was determined that the rear axle was not installed properly by the manufacturer. I contacted ***** to discuss warranty and having the problem corrected. The trailer was difficult to tow because it constantly pulled to the left. I contacted GoRv because ***** is no help. GoRV had me take it to ****** RV in Whitby Ontario who found the same issue. ***** passed the problem to ******* *****. ******* is passing the buck to ******. It has now been 6 weeks, I had to drive back to Edmonton to bring my children home. I have lost wages and will need to return to Ontario whenever the repairs are made to retrieve the trailer. So far this has cost me an additional $9800.00 which I am seeking compensation for. I have all receipts, invoices, google map print outs of km driven, and emails to verify this amount. We were able to use the trailer to its full capacity for 5 days before it was noticed it was not safe to tow. We have made bi-weekly payments for two months for a new product we can't use. ***** told me ******* approved repairs July 12th ****** had me bring trailer to them 3 times for measurements before I left it there to drive back to Edmonton. ******* told me they approved repairs on July 29th but ***** forwarded and email showing ******* again approved on July 26th. ******* and ****** agreed the axle perches were installed improperly, the spring hangars are not aligned properly.
