In early October my son registered with this company to obtain his class 1 drivers license. (M.e.l.t. Program) 40 hours classroom training and 61 hours drivers training. The classroom training was completed but the drivers training was suspended by the company on Dec 9, 2024 before completion . We have phoned company everday and emailed them so we could obtain his drivers information folder but no one has responded . He needs this folder so he can contact another company to finish his training . I paid $9,277.00 for the whole course . I have downloaded a copy of the paid invoice .

Hello i writing you today so i can help find a solution to my problem. I was enrolled in a school for my class one driver's training and after completion of my in class I went and took my written exam and passed now I am supposed to get training for my yard work and learning how to drive the semi but my school has only given me 2 hours in the past 3 months and our agreement was that I was to be finished two months ago . Now they are not willing to give me my hours concurrent weekly so I can learn how to drive the truck once a month or two weekends a month for 2 hours is not sufficient enough time to learn how to drive this truck as a professional me and another person from the class are in this scenario and he is already written you we went to ******* transportation and talk to an ex police officer there who was in charge of our case he took our statements and he said he will send everything to his supervisor and that what they're doing is illegal also he said we are the 6th and 7th complaint that he has had from this business so what we asked them was can we just have the remaining money for our school for our yard work so that way we can go and work at another school because they have given us many many different reasons why they can't give us time during the week one being that they only have one automatic vehicle and they're using it for their class threes but we paid our money prior to the second set of class 3 so we should have got first go at the truck but we've been put aside for months and months now my family is losing money I have house payments this is not the scenario I wanted to be in I have a newborn baby I was looking to get my license and be to work by now can you please help us resolve this issue before I file for bankruptcy and lose my home thank you so much for your time.

Me and another person from class are trying to take our class one in an automatic truck and our driving school is telling us we can only get two or three hours once a month on a weekend for training for learning how to drive the truck we have already done all of our written and past all of our written, but they are not giving us any time in the vehicle. We agreed that we were supposed to be done this course two or three months ago and now three months have gone by with zero hours towards my training .we went to *******, transportation and filed the complaint with the an ex cop he asked me for all my information about the situation because they had five previous complaints about this company before the two of us showed up and so we went back to the company and tried to ask them OK can we just have the funding for our yardwork so we can go to another school so we can have the proper training straight through and they told us they wont do that so I told him I will file a complaint and they basically just laughed it off . I took out a loan and these people pocketed money out of my loan and are still taking the loan out of my account which is driving me bankrupt because Im not working because I was supposed to be in class learning to drive truck . While we were there our teacher DJ quit on them Because he was unhappy with them. They are telling us that they dont have time to teach us whats the automatic because theres theyre using it for their class three but they continue to keep adding class members before putting us through so weve just been left aside for three months. Theyve given us all kinds of excuses. First it was all we didnt have enough teachers was we dont have enough automatic vehicles, an excuse for months and months I believe the ex cops name was *** ******** and I have a folder here of all of my emails and stuff back-and-forth. He interviewed the two of us and said he will talk to you and help us in anyway he can and anyone can reach him
