            BBB unable to locate business
            On October 24 2022 I canceled my account through the WW app. However I continue to be charged $30.00 each month. I emailed WW and got no reply. I wrote a letter to WW and got no reply. I texted again through the WW app and the message back to me told me I had to cancel through Google. There were instructions typed out but my phone didn't match their instructions. Finally on March 07 at 3:05 pm I called **************. The individual I spoke with guided me through the steps and cancelled it for me. I asked about a refund and was told that if I had done the right thing ( calling him) 6 months ago this problem would not have grown to a big 6 month issue. This is a form of blaming the consumer. He gave me ************** to call Google to get a refund. I work full time and when I get home and call Google they are closed. I didn't ask Google to help me lose weight. I asked weight watchers. I want a refund of $180.00 from weight watchers. Can you help me ?
