  My fiance and I both brought our iPhones here and they are both experiencing a litany of problems since. I brought my phone in for back glass and battery replacement. When I got the phone back, it was not glued well around the edges with my screen popping up. They left glass debris in the camera part + the phone kept overheating. They broke my FaceID. I brought it back and they had to send it to Edmonton to fix the FaceID they broke. When I got it back the overheating was still a problem and so was the incorrect gluing on the corners of the screen. I brought it back again to be glued again and that still didnt work. At this point my phone was glitching out from the overheating and I did not trust them to touch my phone anymore. I sent it to ***** to try to get them to salvage my phone. ***** said they damaged the inside of my phone and were unable to do anything for me and said that there was so much damage that its cheaper for me to buy a new phone than try to fix mine. After the last time I got my phone back from Dr.Phone Fix, I noticed that when I took pictures with a light directed at the camera, it would double the light (I attached an example). And now my camera has stopped working COMPLETELY, and ***** *********** says that two of my three cameras are broken. In addition, my phone is slow, glitches, overheats, and the battery is worse than before I replaced it. Now a phone I paid $1500 for 2 years ago is complete trash, and I don't have the money to buy a new one. My fiance's phone is in a similar condition. Since they replaced his battery, his phone overheats, he cannot take calls unless they are on speakerphone because he can't hear the other person speak and his battery just completely dies at random, skipping from 100% to 1% and then just not turning on. HIS FACEID is also somehow broken! None of the problems that we have now were present when we brought the phones in, all we needed was two batteries and a back screen. No response from the owner!

  I called to see what it would cost to get a back housing put on my phone if i had my own part , he told me $69 I went to the store with the back housing with my partner and asked to get it fixed and they said $129 , i told them i was told $69 on the phone but i needed it fixed so I agreed to pay the $129 then i asked how much to replace the speaker as well and the cost would come to $218 so i left my phone with her and she said 2 days it would be ready, it was not ready till 4 days later and when i picked it up she showed me that everything worked, i noticed my phone had scratches on it and she said there is no way she can scratch it and she would show me the video footage but i took a picture of my phone when i dropped it off, she then said it was probably from the laser machine but i let it go because i was in a rush. That same day i was on my way to work and noticed the screen was popping out and my back housing cracked so i called and she said it was caused from physical damage , i told her i did not drop the phone she proceeded to say it was my fault and i got upset telling her i want it fixed, she done a terrible job fixing it , she then told me the company provides her with crappy glue , i have asked her for the managers number and she said she is the manager and would not give me her managers number saying they would not care and not believe me . We agreed that i would pay $69 for her to fix it, she told me it would be done on monday , my phone was not ready on monday but she called me after hours on thursday saying it was ready and she stayed late to fix it , she showed me the phone worked and when we made a call she could not hear me , she tried again and it worked , I got home and went to bed , when i woke up i tried to make a phone call and my speaker was not working again , the back has a crack in it and the front screen is cracked , the screen was popping out again .
