            Got new tires installed on my ******** ok tire did a walk around when finished noice that the rims are all scratched up told them about it the first ****** talk to the installer dont know what happened. Told them they werent like that when they came in! Talk to second ****** he also talked to installer about the rims came back sails he didnt do anything wrong but they look like they were laid on the face side of the rims believe him. Asked him if he calling me a liar? No but Im out of luck best he can do is not change me $180 for the price of the install.

            This Customer may have been unaware his rims had minor scratches and blemishes from regular driving before it came in. The rims were muddy/dirty. when the tech sprayed them off these scratches were already present. He was told this is the case and was also informed any damage caused in our shop would be owned up to by the tech and management. My techs tell me when they make a mistake and I always try to make the customer happy. This customer is unreasonable and I will not be replacing anything of any sort for him.

            I am rejecting this response because: my rims was not in that conition when i dropped  the truck off . Do not have any before pictures  but when i asked the guy at the front desk what he thought it was LOOK LIKE THEY WERE PUT  FACE DOWN  all i know  is that my rimes are ruined and  you keep saying that it curb rash but if you look real close they are all the same  l could see one of them but all l only got the truck last year was parked most of the time probably 4000 km on it curb rash NOT sorry to say you are 100% wrong.

            OK Tire now considers this matter closed. The customer has been compensated for his supposed "damages" as a gesture of goodwill in the form of not charging for the service we performed.

            I am rejecting this response because:I believe that they are responsible for damage to my rims. If you look at the pictures, you can tell if not Curb rash. I won’t accept anything besides an apology for what has been done and admit that it was done at your shop.
