  I had a mechanical problem on the highway and had to take my **** escape car to Integra Tire in mayerthorpe. they told me it was the vacuum pump seized and a piece went into the motor and they couldn't fix ***** they sent a txt to my bf saying " Hello this is ******** from Integra Tire.We also deal in used Escape parts.If ****** or we can install a working USED Engine Transmission combination for ***** - ***** ." Just thought I would give you something to think about. Or they would buy my car for ***** dollars. because they apparently buy cars and part them out.i didn't want to sell my car. so I talked to my mom and she said we will figure out what to do about it. This happen on June 21st. so we told Integra Tire we have to think about what to ****** on July 25th/24 we got it towed to Nates auto service to fix .He told me he needed the vacuum pump **** to fix it .so I called Integra Tire asked where that hose was and they said they put all the parts in the car. I told them it's not there .So he said they would look for it but it's been so long he doubt he would find it..... I called back in a few days and he insisted everything was in the car. I told him nobody broke into the car while it was there and they were responsible for that hose and I wanted them to replace it since they took it off. And he said he's not paying for a 300 hundred dollar hose. I told him you took that part and I want it back because it is expensive and I would have to order that part from ****. He told my to come down with the **** and accuse him of stealing it. All I know is Nates auto shop told me thats all he needs to fix my car is the **** off the vacuum pump. what I see from this business is they tried to scam me out of my car for ***** dollars and when that didn't work ....that expensive hose went missing that was in there possession . I want people to be aware of this business and the unprofessional attitude i got when i asked for my part back.I want them to own up to this.

  Hello there

  The vacuum part broke while she was driving.  The vehicle was towed in. The broken part that was looked at by the mechanic was replaced in the vehicle (in two pieces) by the Service Advisor herself (wrapped in a cloth).

  We do not have any parts of hers here.  She has been advised of same. 

  We have recently done a huge cleanup (summer help) and the part was not found, so it is 100% not here. 

  WE DO NOT SCAM. We don't have her hose.

  We have numerous staff her that are witnesses to the events that took place.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  First off the business said I was towed into there shop.That was untrue I drove in.Secondly it was the bolt that broke and a piece went into the motor. So when Integra Tire took my vacuum pump apart ,they did not put all the parts back into my car as they said .How I know that is because the hose was missing and the reputable mechanic said he needed it to put the vacuum pump back on.He did not replace the vacuum pump, only put it back on.Hmn....wonder why Integra Tire wanted to sell me a used motor for $5,000 dollars? And they also said if I couldn't afford that ,they would take my car off my hands for $1,500 dollars. Sounds like they were trying to pull a fast one on ***** iam not happy with their response .They offer nothing, I had to pay for a new hose to fix my car .As far as there witnesses goes, they all work there and are going to band together. I still want to be compensated for the exspensive hose they took off my car .They should show some integrity and own up to the fact they took the hose off my car and didn't put it back.I just want what is fair, to be paid for that hose.

  I got my tire fixed on December 19th and the stud threads were stripped when the didn't put the wheel back on properly. He was very ignorant towards me and refused to even look at the wheel or anything for that matter. He also called me a liar saying I probably didn't get it re-torqued. I would like him to pay for the replacement wheel and front hub.

  We did respond in time, we called you and discussed the matter.  Customer did not accept our offer, and it is now off the table.  Unfortunately, the customer did not retorque within the specified time and we are not liable in any way.  We have forwarded to the complaint to our head office, who has agreed to contact the customer.

  I am rejecting this response because:

   

  I did get them retourqued after 30km or the tire repair and when I went to speak to the owner there was NO offer on the table and he told me to leave so he is lying and his statement is false. There are multiple customers of his in the town who have had the same problem with how he does buisness. I expect a refund and have the receipt of the new rim, studs and lug nuts being ordered by GM parts. I would appreciate them to take care of the bill.

  If you contact ** **** in Whitecourt Alberta they will confirm that I was there for a retorque at around 3pm right after I left Mayerthorpe on the 19th after my tire repair. They will have video proof of it. They did not give me a tag or anything. The video footage will be the only proof I can provide from ** **** whitecourt Alberta. ***** ****** ** *************

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  They also know about this incident and the mechanic there looked at the rim when he took it off and said in-between the wheel and hub was
