  Ramada by Wyndham Medicine Hat, Reservation number ************** booked **** ** ******* ******** Below is shortened note I sent to Ramada Head Office my wyndham customer care number is: ********** would like to officially lodge a complaint about the Medicine Hat Ramada by Wyndham and request my money back. After travelling for 9 hours we could not believe what we saw when we arrived at this hotel. We had reservations for June 24th and we arrived and checked in, went to the room and realized that there was no possible way we would stay there under any circumstances it was a complete dump, definitely not worth **** a night. I went to this hotel on what I thought was the quality of the RAMADA name you need to start looking at your hotels and making them accountable. **** *** * ******** **** * **** ** ***** ****. No Ramada sign on the outside of the hotel. We pulled into 2 hotels before we realized that the one that was under complete construction was what we were looking for it did not even look inhabited from the street. We had to ask at the hotel next door.The smell when we walked into the hotel the overwhelming it was everywhere.We asked at reception why they did not let us know it was under construction the reply was that it was only the outside that was and it didnt effect the rooms. The room had a large piece of wood (2x4) across the doors to the outside in the rooms as they were not to be used. The room may have been dust free but it was NOT clean.Misleading Pictures of the rooms: The reality was no where close to what is shown online the **** room I booked online showed new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and it looks new and clean the reality was old scuffed oak cabinets and old appliances, worn carpet, threadbare beddings and towels everything was old it was sub-par the pillows looked like cottage cheese all lumpy, the bedding was worn. The bathtub was filled with rust.

  May ***** Paid ****** Upon entering the hotel we noticed urine all over the toilet. We informed the hotel and went for dinner. When we returned we noticed the horrible smell of the room and thats when we found ACTUAL VOMIT on the floor and wall of the sleeping area . We were moved to a down graded room and ended up having to share a bed . We were told management would be at least be providing us with the difference as the room we were moved to was $** . We have called , emailed and reached out through the agency we booked with and have not even received a call/ message back . There are MANY MANY reviews of people having the same experience which are being pushed down the page on ****** so people are booking reading the false reviews that are being posted I am requesting a full refund . Please find photos attached of what is being advertised on the website and what the rooms are . This establishment is FALSELY ADVERTISING This business is also a safety and health concern. It is currently under construction and there some true safety concerns and areas where people could potentially hurt themselves.
