On February 5 at 8:30 - 9 pm we got picked up by the shuttle dropped off at our SUV. Right away we noticed two 6-7 inch cracks on front passenger door glass right behind the side mirror. Contacted the work he took a few pictures and said that they will do an investigation while the whole time saying it was like that when it came in which I can assure you that it wasnt. Today get a email that they are not responsible they are saying no way a rock could hit it there, which is probably the only thing I can agree with. Looks like it was hit with their wash wand as we had payed for washed warm and waiting service. Now they are not stepping up to rectify the situation and this from what I read I am not the only one with this issue. This business should investigated they are trusted with vehicles that people pay good money for just for then to cause damage and leave the owners on the hook for repairs. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $373.00 for detailing and 4 days parking. My beautiful truck now has a broken vent cover, a broken moulding on the rear view mirror and a hole in the back seat. It is filthy dirty covered in dust when we arrived to pick it up. After their internal investigation they have denied responsibility for the damage. Small claims courthere we come. Save your $$ and frustrationpark somewhere else!

We apologize for the dusty vehicle.Since your vehicle accumulated dust on the exterior after it was detailed, you were provided with a $25 Parking Credit for future. Your vehicle is detailed 24 hours prior to your arrival so it had accumulated some dust. September 24th 2023, I arrive back at *** from a trip and got on the bus at gate 9 and when we got on the bus and put away or luggage and sat down we noticed the bus was really hot and we said to the bus driver can you turn down the heat I actually had to get off the bus because it was so hot asking again for the heat to be turned down. but nothing had been done it is a 5 min drive back to the warehouse where my car was stored from the airport we made it to the bridge on highway 2 where i started to vomit from the heat. covered in puke and all over my husbands jacket and myself where they dropped us off was at the back of our car. I walked over took my top off and the jackets off and put on a clean T shirt i went inside and filed a complaint and the manager called me Monday. He called and explained that the driver has been taken out of service and has gone for some training and when i asked about cominsation he said no and i told him that was unfair. This business has personally threatened me after having brought forward a complaint, and when inquired about my complaint was validated that the individual was wrong, written up will be provided with more training but when asked about compensation became aggressive and was verbally abusive and threaten to me. ************** the general manager I was speaking with asking him numerous time if he was threatening me. stopped stating he was personally going to come after me.yes mama I am threatening you !Review from Tanya S

They are scam artist they dont have proper management they try to rip people off on there cheques and make up excuses to pay them WORST PLACE TO WORK AND TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE
